Singles day Promotion conditions.

• The amount for your purchase during Single day 2019 (November 11, 2019) will receive the customer shop credit worth the value of this purchase. This shop credit is issued in a shop credit code.
• This promotion applies to all items, with the exception of discounted items.
• Only with an online order on jozemiek.com on 11november2019 where the order can be picked up in our store or you have it delivered.
• You will receive the shop credit in the form of a shop credit code by mail after the order has been sent or picked up.
• The store credit code can be redeemed in the period from 24 December2019 to 31 January2020.
  The credit can only be redeemed in 1 time. this cannot be split into various orders.
• If you have multiple shop credit codes, you can use these separately.
• The promotion is only valid within the aforementioned periods.
• The promotion is not valid in combination with other (discount) promotions and / or value checks.
• The promotion is only valid online at Jozemiek.com.
• The voucher with the shopping credit can only be redeemed in the web shop jozemiek.com.
• The voucher with the shop credit can be redeemed in the period from December 24, January 19 to January 31, 2020.
• The shop credit code can be exchanged for the entire range of Jozemiek.
• Exchanging the items purchased during the promotional period falls within the normally applicable rules for return and exchange (see our terms and conditions).
• When returning items purchased during the promotional period on 11november2019, the customer must report the corresponding shop credit code to www.jozemiek.com and state this on the return form. Otherwise, the entire shop credit code will be canceled by us.
• The store credit is not exchangeable for money.
• On products purchased with the voucher with shop credit, the right to money back expires on return for the cashed benefit amount of the vouchers. With a purchase of an item of € 100, where you have redeemed the shop credit worth € 30.00, the item is therefore purchased for a price of € 70. When returning this item, the customer also receives € 70 return (and not € 100).
• When handing in the voucher with shop credit, it has the maximum value of the entire transaction (so no money is returned on shop vouchers).
• In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by Jozemiek.com.
• It is not permitted to resell the voucher with shop credit to third parties or to use it for commercial purposes.
• Participants who demonstrably abuse the promotion can be excluded from participation.
• Jozemiek.com has the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the promotion, in which case this will be reported on the website.
• By taking part in this promotion, the participant declares to agree with the above promotion conditions.
