Shipments and return policy


How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the weight and the value of your order. The costs vary from free shipping from € 2,99  for orders to Dutch addresses. For orders that need to be shipped abroad, an allowance is applied. The shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. You can choose for insured shipment through PostNL, an allowance is applied here as well.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost products by PostNL or other shipment offices. For larger orders or orders with a high value we recommend an insured sending.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Order that are placed on working days before 15:00 will be send the same day.. During an online sale and during other promotions, it can occur that orders will be sent the next day. The shipment costs depend on the kind and number of products

By an insured shipment, the content of the package will be insured until the moment it arrives at your address. For receiving an insured package, an autograph is necessary. When you select another address for your order (when the order is a present, for example) then an autograph of the receiver is needed as proof of delivery.  

From time to time we have action that involves free shipping. If, during these promotions, the customer enters the coupon code for free shipping, the shipping costs will not be charged to the customer. It is your own responsibility to pay attention which method of free shipping is used.

International orders will be shipped with PostNL. Jozemiek® only cares for the payment of the sending and not for the rights, taxed and other import charges and costs of the customs formalities. Customers outside the EU don’t pay BTW on their purchased goods.



How do I return my order?

Is your order not quite what you expected? No problem! At Jozemiek® you always have the option to return your order within 14 days after the invoice date.

Returning your items is quite simple. Send the articles you want to return, including the packing slip, to the adres below:

Before returning first send an email to stating your return  

Your return will be handled within 5 days. Repayment will be done automatically on your bank account/credit card, which was used for paying the original order. Keep in mind that this can take up to 10 working days, depending on the processing of your bank. Jozemiek® is known for their quick service.

Returned items need to be returned in their original condition and unused. The items must be provided with the Jozemiek® tags or other brand tags. Packages, if inculded, need to be returned as well. Returns that are damaged, polluted or changed can be refused and send back to the customer.

We recommend you to ensure your returns, because you are obliged by law to see to the products and because you are being held responsible for all the damage to the products until we collected the return. We recommend you to return your product in a traceable package. Keep in mind that the customer pays the cost of the return.

How can I exchange my products?

If you want to exchange an item, because you want a differen size or color? No problem, follow the normal return procedure but make clear to us which item you want to excange for another size or color.

Keep in mind that products sell out soon, so it is not always possible to exchange an item. If this is the case, please contact us and we will find a suitable sollution.

What do I have to do when my order is not right?

Do you offer a repair service?

My Jewellery will repair your product when possible. We can judge wheter an article is repairable or not, by seeing a photo of the damage. You can send a photo, along with a description of the damage, to

If repair is not possible, we can change the product for the same product in the same size, while stocks last. The shipping costs are free for the replaced items. If you live outside the EU, you possibly must pay the taxes and duties again. If a damaged items isn't replaceble, the purchase amount will be reimbursed in the form of store credit for

Do I get the total purchase amount back if I return an item?

After receiving your return, we will repay you as soon as possible, within 5 days. Jozemiek® only pays back the purchase amount and not the paid shipping costs.
