Jozemiek Sieraden are always nicely packed.

After you have placed an order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation. If you have not received the order confirmation within 12 hours after confirming your order, we request that you contact us. By placing an order you indicate that you agree with the terms and conditions.

Orders within the Netherlands:
Your order will be delivered by DHL . The shipping costs are from €7,50
For orders from € 50 we do not charge shipping costs.
Orders placed on working days before 3 pm will be sent the same day. Keep a longer delivery time during weekends and holidays.

Orders outside the Netherlands:

All orders outside the Netherlands are sent with PostNL
A surcharge applies for orders abroad. The shipping costs are calculated automatically.

How long does it take until I have my order?
Orders that are received on workdays before 15:00 will be sent by us the same day. During the sale and during other promotions, however, orders may not be shipped the next day. You will receive a shipping message when your order has been shipped by us.

Returns

How do I return my order?
Is your order not quite what you expected? Too bad, but no problem to return it. At Jozemiek jewellery & fashion you always have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returning is fairly easy.

Follow our RETURN PROCEDURE below

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the article numbers you are about to return

2. Complete the RETURN form below and print it out.

3. Send the articles including the invoice and the completed return form stamped sufficiently to the address below:

After receiving your return shipment the amount will immediately be refunded to the (bank) account / credit card that was used when placing the order. This takes a maximum of 5 working days. Jozemiek Sieraden is well-known for handling return shipments quickly.

Please note that Jozemiek Sieraden will only accept return shipments if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used items are refused and returned.

Both the costs and the risk of sending are for a return for own account. Return the items you wish to return or exchange in one shipment to ensure that the return can be processed quickly. Unidentifiable returns are returned to the sender where possible.


Personalized items, advent box and surprise boxes, items that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (of which the seal has been broken). Also think of earrings, cannot be exchanged or returned. Sale items cannot be returned.


How can I exchange an item?
Do you want to exchange an item because the color is not right? No problem, follow our normal return procedure but indicate on the packing slip or on a separate enclosed note which item you exchange white and for which size and / or color.

Keep in mind that articles will quickly sell out and it is not always possible to exchange your item. If this is the case, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.


Will I receive the total amount?
After receiving your return shipment, we will immediately refund the amount to the (bank) account / credit card that was used when placing the order. This takes a maximum of 5 working days. The shipping costs incurred by you for the return will not be reimbursed.

 

  • Return conditions: Returns are only possible within the set return period of 14 days.
  • In-store returns are free.
  • All other returns are for your own account. Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for a return ring at your own expense.
  • We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging.
  • Damaged and / or used items will be refused and returned.
  • Non-identifiable returns are stored at our head office for up to 1 month. The customer can register via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed through your own administration and it is no longer possible to correspond.
  • Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipping with track & trace code is a requirement to qualify for a refund.
  • Have you paid delivery costs? If you return all items from your order, you will also get the delivery costs back.
  • Transaction costs are not reimbursed.
  • Is your order not correct? We will solve this for you as soon as possible! Please contact [email protected] and clearly state your name, order number and the items involved.
